One of the best! Working with a number of systems over the years, the Workhorse team is what sets then above all others! Dan and the team are phenomenal. Anything we need Dan and the team find a way to make this happen! Systems are broken down into simple modules which make it easy to minimise the 'noise' for my team ensuring the system is bespoke to each user.

We deployed Workhorse after a 3 month implementation that involved quite a bit of customisation to our specific requirements, including managing serial numbers, RMAs and subscriptions. We are delighted with the outcome. It’s user-friendly and has helped reduce a lot of our reporting and stock/order management admin. It integrates with Xero and our e-commerce platform. We are now able to produce reports in just a few clicks due to their help in creating reports that are bespoke to our business. The support we had going through the implementation stage was excellent and we’re even more impressed that the ongoing support has been just as responsive. Whilst we inevitably had a couple of teething issues with such a major project, they are very quick to respond to queries and make adjustments where required. We were able to import our historic subscriptions, and process new orders smoothly from day 1. Bespoke additions are no issue for them and are good value. Highly recommended.

Workhorse Implementation with Xero link. At the same time as moving from Sage to Xero, we implemented Workhorse for sales order processing and invoicing (including EDI and Xero integration), purchase order processing, and stock control. From the outset, Workhorse were very professional and took us through a well-structured implementation programme that ensured we covered all aspects of the project. Their lead consultant was helpful, knowledgeable, and clearly demonstrated how versatile the system could be. As we firmed up on processes, the consultant was able to tailor the appearance and outputs from the system to look like our own, offered suggestions for improvements, and improved the end-user experience considerably. After a period of testing, we went live on schedule, and the consultant helped us overcome those challenges that only occur in a live environment. We are indebted to Workhorse, to their consultant and support team, for completing this project and integration with Xero and EDI successfully, on time and on budget.

We implemented Workhorse in March 2023 and it has revolutionised our stock control and customer invoicing processes. The seamless link between Workhorse and Xero makes updating contact information and customer invoicing effortless, and the link to our eCommerce platform ensures we always have real time stock information. The Workhorse team have been fantastic to work with and have helped us tailor the system to our needs, which is hugely helpful. Great product and great team to work with!

Excellent Service and System. We installed Workhorse to add clarity and structure to our stock management process. Whilst small our way of operating is complex and the system and implementation team were flexible enough to deliver a system that is giving much greater clarity of what stock is where and what needs to be delivered to our customers.
